Teresa Teare and Courtney Amelung won summary judgment for an insurance company on an employee’s lawsuit alleging discrimination, constructive discharge, hostile work environment, and retaliation. The federal judge agreed that there had been no violation of any law, and that the employee’s concerns were simply normal workplace grievances.
