Our firm has also been repeatedly recognized by U.S. News and World Report and Best Lawyers in the “Best Law Firm” rankings, with a top Tier 1 ranking in the Baltimore Metro Area in the areas of Employment Law – Management, Labor Law – Management, and Litigation – Labor and Employment Law. In addition, we also received a National Ranking in the area of litigation – Labor and Employment Law, Tier 3. Notably, the National rankings are based not only on the metropolitan rankings but also the number of offices each firm had with a metropolitan ranking and the level of legal activity in each metropolitan area; given that we have only a single office, we are pleased to be recognized at the National level. Seven of our attorneys have also been selected for “Best Lawyers in America” recognition – Bruce Harrison, Eric Hemmendinger, Darryl McCallum, J. Michael McGuire, Stephen Shawe, Gary Simpler, and Elizabeth Torphy-Donzella.
Eight of our attorneys are recognized in Super Lawyers’ annual list of top attorneys in Maryland – Bruce Harrison, Darryl McCallum, J. Michael McGuire, Fiona W. Ong, Stephen Shawe, Gary Simpler, Mark Swerdlin, and Elizabeth Torphy-Donzella. In addition, Parker Thoeni was named a “Rising Star.”
