The Department of Labor has issued a rule drastically expanding employers’ disclosure requirements regarding their use of union avoidance consultants, including attorneys. This rule is the government’s latest salvo in promoting union organization. On behalf of Worklaw, an international network of labor and employment firms, Shawe Rosenthal will be filing suit against the DOL to stop implementation of this rule.
