Teresa D. Teare and Parker E. Thoeni won summary judgment on a former employee’s claims against an insurance company. The court found that her failure to accommodate claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act were time-barred, and her constructive discharge claim was without merit because providing an accommodation of work from home at a lower grade and rate did not make the working conditions so intolerable that a reasonable employee would quit.
