Teresa D. Teare and Alexander I. Castelli won a motion to compel arbitration for a nursing care center. Although the employee had filed a lawsuit in court alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act, the employee had signed an arbitration agreement at the inception of his employment with the company, which required him to arbitrate all employment claims.  The court found that the agreement, which was mutually binding on both parties, was enforceable.
