Webinar: 2024 Final FLSA Overtime Regulations

The United States Department of Labor (DOL) recently released its final rule raising the salary thresholds for employees to qualify for overtime exemptions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).  The salary threshold is set to increase from its current level of $35,568 to $43,888 effective July 1, 2024; and then to $58,656 effective January 1, 2025, and as of July 1, 2027, and every three years thereafter, updated salary thresholds.  Shawe Rosenthal LLP will be holding a complimentary webinar on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time to help employers understand the obligations under these new regulations.
