Newly Issued DOL Poster for FFCRA and More Updates

In an effort to keep our clients informed, we have been updating our Frequently Asked Questions document as we receive information from the Department of Labor (“DOL”) and other sources.  We are circulating a link to the updated FAQ, which addresses the poster issued by the DOL on March 25, an issue about which our clients have expressed considerable interest today.  Please note that the FAQ includes other updates, which are identified with the date of the update.  When the CARES Act that was passed by the Senate on March 25 clears the House and is signed by the President, we will provide further information promptly.
