DOL, NLRB and EEOC Shutdown Contingency Plans

If Congress is unable to pass a stopgap spending bill by midnight tonight, there will be a federal government shutdown. This will affect the major employment-related agencies – the Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission – and each of those agencies has prepared a shutdown contingency plan.
