Elizabeth Torphy-Donzella Wins Before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit

Elizabeth Torphy-Donzella won a case before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  The trial court had granted summary judgment to the employer, a continuing care retirement community, on the plaintiff’s claims of pregnancy discrimination.  The plaintiff appealed to the Fourth Circuit, which affirmed summary judgment for the employer.
