Liz-Torphy Donzella Invited to Participate In EEOC Roundtable
Liz Torphy-Donzella has been invited by EEOC Chair Jacqueline Berrien to participate in the Commission’s National Origin Commission Meeting this fall. The EEOC intends to revise its guidelines on national origin discrimination, and seeks to obtain information for this process from six panelists in a roundtable discussion. As a panelist, Liz will provide management-side insight into recruiting and hiring, as well as on-the job issues, relevant to national origin discrimination concerns.
