The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission recently issued its final regulations to interpret and implement the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), which already went into effect last summer. These regulations go into effect on June 18, 2024, and Shawe Rosenthal LLP will be holding a complimentary webinar on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at 10AM Eastern Standard Time to help employers understand their obligations under the law and these new regulations.
