Maryland Department of Labor Webinar on 9/25: Wage Range and Paystub Laws Explained
The Maryland Department of Labor and Industry is conducting a free webinar on September 25, 2024 on the Pay Transparency law that requires employers to provide the pay range for postings of open positions being advertised. The webinar also will cover the Pay Stub and Pay Statement law that updates what employers must disclose to employees about wages, deductions and leave benefits. Both laws are effective October 1, 2024.
