• Obtaining summary judgment for an employer in a federal lawsuit claiming disability discrimination.
• Providing advice and counsel on compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act.
• Defending a company against a hiring and equal pay discrimination complaint filed by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.
• Defending charges of discrimination before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Prince Georges County Office of Human Rights involving allegations of sex and race discrimination.
• Representing companies in Occupational Safety and Health Administration investigations.
